Let\u2019s examine ourselves honestly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the \u201calabaster jar\u201d I need to break for the Lord\u2014like Mary did? (my resources, time, pride, stubbornness, plans, etc.) What is the \u201ccalculator\u201d that makes me hesitate to give it to Him?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As we approach this Christmas season, what specific act of commitment can I decide and practice to welcome Jesus, the humble King?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">4. Sharing Together<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share a time in your faith journey when something seemed like a \u201cwaste\u201d by the world\u2019s standards, yet you joyfully gave it to the Lord out of love.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let\u2019s examine whether our prayers sound more like \u201cDo what I want\u201d (waving palm branches) or \u201cI will live according to Your will\u201d (breaking the alabaster jar). Then bless and pray for one another as we grow into mature prayer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. <\/strong><strong>Pray<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lord, help me repent of the calculating and greedy heart within me (like Judas) and restore in me pure love for You, like Mary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help me lay down empty expectations for worldly success and power, and receive Jesus fully as the humble King\u2014the King of the cross.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help me offer my most precious things without reservation, so that
